Intimate Gatherings LLC Contract & Policy Procedures

By Booking with Intimate Gatherings LLC, you are agreeing to the terms of this contract and policy procedures.

Code of Conduct

All attendees agree to govern and conduct themselves in an ethical manner to maintain a safe environment. You are agreeing to not engage in the following inappropriate behaviors: alcohol consumption, drug paraphernalia, harassing or threating behavior, criminal activity, theft, any activities that can cause bodily harm to oneself or nearby parties.

Payments

You are agreeing to place a 50% nonrefundable deposit as holding fee to secure your date, this deposit is subtracted from your remaining balance. The rest of the balance is due 72 hours before your scheduled event. Please book all events at least one-two weeks prior to the desired date. There will be an additional charge to events booked less than a week before the event.

Cancelations/Rescheduling

We understand circumstances change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your picnic. Please reach out to us as soon as you are aware of these changes so accommodations can be made. You are able to reschedule your event if you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled event, all reschedules must be rescheduled within a three-month timeframe. Cancelations made within 48 hours before the scheduled events will not be able to use that deposit to reschedule but will be required to send another deposit to reschedule their event.

Late Policy

Please arrive at your designated appointment time as we only allot you a 2-hour window. No additional time will be granted in the event of tardiness.

Property Damages

We take pride in our equipment and would like to keep them in the best shape possible. By booking with Intimate Gatherings LLC you are agreeing to report any damage to property/equipment and being held financially responsible/liable for any costs associated with the damage. You are agreeing to leave all items that belong to Intimate Gatherings at the event site, if any items are missing you will be charged for that item.
