How does it work?
Decide on your picnic style and submit a Contact Form
A member from our team we reach out to you for a free consultation, we will send an invoice for you to submit a 50% deposit
72 hours before your event pay the rest of the amount in full
Show up on your picnic day at your Scheduled time (please refrain from coming early as we need time to setup your event)
Enjoy Your 2 Hour Picnic
Depart and leave all items for staff to clean
What are your hours of operation?
Picnics are offered as a weekend service. The weekend includes Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday.
What locations can we have our event?
We like to hosts at public parks, company settings, and private residences. We can provide a list of public places in your area. If the area includes a set-up fee the fee will be including in your booking cost.
What are your weather accommodations?
If the weather does not allow us to host our event all events will be rescheduled free of charge. All deposits on events are nonrefundable.
Is food included in your packages?
Currently we do not provide food at our picnics but you are more than welcome to bring your own. Check out our Picnic Essentials Blog for some food ideas.
What area do you service and what are your travel fee?
We service parts of the Lowcountry and Pee Dee Region like Summerville, Goose Creek, Moncks Corner, Lake City, Kingstree, Florence and a few small towns in between, just ask us! Our travel fee is an addition $50.00 out of our 35 mile radius.
Will my picnic look exactly like the display photo?
All picnics are subject to change but still maintain the overall theme. We aim to keep the same integrity of the display photo but cannot promise the exact outcome as products advance and we change out certain decor. We will hold transparency about each setup and keep our clients informed on any changes.
